This individual will also work in an Agile environment and participate in scrum ceremonies and product planning activities.\nContributions\nAs a Salesforce Tester, you will work with our growing DevSecOps & Salesforce practices delivering quality assurance services to support application, cloud and data systems development. We are looking for candidates with minimum 5 years experience with experience in quality assurance and test automation practices in an Agile/DevSecOps work environment. Responsibilities include:\nMeet with product design team to determine testing parameters\nWrite test plans, create test cases, test procedures, bug reports, final QA reports for products\nManage test data architecture with the Tech Lead\nTroubleshoot errors and streamline the test procedures\nTesting and examining code written by others and analyzing results, including three or more of the following:Data validation testing\nFunctional testing\nPerformance and load testing\nUsability testing\nAccessibility (508) testing\n\nEstablishing automated testing tools and infrastructure for test automation\nProvide validation testing of different system and data sets for Salesforce\nUnderstanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers\nImprove development, testing, deployment, and release processes \nEnsuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats\nWorking with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended\nDocument as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations \nWork with teams to bring continuous improvement to DevSecOps processes and tools\nEngineer and implement solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the services provided\nPresent regular status updates and provide cross training to other DevOps team members\nQualifications\nMust be a U.S. Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance\nBachelor's Degree required; equivalency offered\n5 years of related experience in software/IT/cloud consulting\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills\nExperience with documenting an as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations preferred\nPreferred:\nCertifications a plus:CAST (Certified Associate in Software Testing)\nInternational Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification\nCertified Manager of Software Testing (CMST)\nDHS Trusted Tester Certification (TTv5)\n\nDevSecOps Experience with actual/active development experience in an Agile environment\nExperience with performance and load testing\nExperience utilizing docker containers and utilizing platforms such as Kubernetes\nExperience implementing test automation, using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Soap UI, RestAssured, Postman\nExperience integrating test automation including performance, security, and functional tests into CI/CD Pipelines\nAbout steampunk\nSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
