This individual will perform as leadership for the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery, providing Agile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams.\nContributions\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain successful/results-oriented relationships with the client, as well as identify and pursue new opportunities with existing client. \nDevelop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, manage remote project delivery team, and possess the ability to facilitate technical discussions to troubleshoot project implementation issues.\nAssess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client.\nProvide the Agile Scrum Master support. Attend Agile ceremonies and provide input as needed. \nRemove blockers to ensure project success. \nCoach the Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization.\nHandle challenging client situations and offer technical and business guidance and direction to client executives.\nLead and manage staff, monitor staff performance.\nEvaluate project feasibility, eliminate non-productive tasking, and find creative ways to ensure project delivery and if feasible accelerate delivery.\nAssist staff with training needs to create skills expansion and career advancement opportunities.\nQualifications\nApproximately 8 years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives.\nStrong judgment, negotiation skills, organizational, and analytical skills.\nExperience as a technical project manager.\nExperience working in a complex engineering environment \nAbility to establish trust with a variety of stakeholders and customers.\nSelf-managed and self-starter, ability to work independently.\nUS Citizen\nExceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills\nBachelor's Degree\nPreferred:\nA degree in Information Technology or related field.\nPMP, Scrum Master certification is preferred.\nAbout steampunk\nSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
