In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and helping them get the most out of the Stebby platform.\nLocation:Tallinn or Tartu\nWhat you will do\nSupporting and advising our customers (individual users, employers and service providers) via email and chat. \nResolving customer requests in a quick, friendly and professional manner. \nGathering customer feedback and sharing it with other teams (e.g. Product and Sales) to help make our platform better for everyone.\nLooking beyond individual cases to spot recurring topics, flag platform issues, and share insights that help improve our processes. \nExplaining technical features and topics in simple, easy-to-understand terms.\nSolving issues on first contact wherever possible and keeping back-and-forth to a minimum.\nWhat we are looking for\nPrevious experience in customer service or support. \nExcellent written and verbal Estonian and English skills.
