Description:\nLiaising to LTA, QPS and other government authorities.\nAttend to technical matters at site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.\nPlanning of work and recourses with particular reference to work program to ensure timely progress.\nClose coordination with sub-contractors, supervisors, surveyors, laboratory personnel, foremen and to ensure effective teamwork.\nProvides relevant information and reports to Construction/Project Manager regularly.\nTo liaise with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on site.\nTo sort out discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors.\nImplement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company's Quality System and QSHE requirement.\nAssist Const manager to prepare daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit to the planning department.\nPrepare MS, material and equipment request.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field\nMinimum 5 years of working experience in heavy civil engineering / MRT /infrastructure projects\nAble to work independently and possesses good technical, problem-solving and analytical skills\nExcellent interpersonal, communication skills and willingness to learn\nSkills\nMicrosoft Office, Construction, Quality Control, Risk Assessment, Quality Assurance, Drawing, Project Planning, AutoCAD, Civil Engineering, Scheduling, Cost
