\nFacilitation skills for leading workshops, discovery sessions, and user meetings \nInterpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and end users \nAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities \nChange management skills to drive user adoption\nPreferred:\nExperience with Agile methodologies \nExperience working in decentralized organizations \nExperience with
