This position will help build out our QA processes with a particular focus on implementing automated testing. This is a unique opportunity to shape quality assurance and the testing processes of our team.\nResponsibilities\nImplement QA processes, standards, and best practices from the ground up \nDesign and build-out the testing infrastructure and framework \nCreate comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives \nImplement automated test suites and continuous integration pipelines \nCreate documentation for QA processes and procedures \nCollaborate with development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle \nEvaluate and recommend QA tools and technologies\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field \n5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing \nProven experience with Playwright testing suite \nExperience building testing frameworks and infrastructure from scratch \nProficiency in at least one programming language (C#, .NET, or Python preferred) \nOn-site 5 days a week in Fort Wayne, IN\nPreferred\nProficiency in Ascential Test \nExperience with version control systems (Git) \nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and implementation \nExpertise in testing methodologies (TDD, BDD) \nExperience with bug tracking and test management tools \nAPI testing experience \nPerformance testing knowledge and experience\n Steel
