This role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a metal fabrication environment. This position will have experience with blueprints, precision measuring tools, and CNC or manual brake press equipment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOperates brake press machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components.\nProduces simple to medium level of complexity of parts.\nCoordinates with team on transporting finished parts.\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machine settings and part specifications.\nInspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain quality control.\nPerform rework tasks as needed.\nMaintain a clean and safe workspace by following safety procedures and using proper protective equipment.\nWork closely with supervisors and team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.\nPerform routine maintenance and report machine malfunctions or maintenance needs.\nFollow company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.\nAccurately log job information into ERP computer system.\nAccurately fill out required operations and quality paperwork.\nOther Duties as Assigned: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
