Ultimately, this position serves as a trusted advisor and resource for all HR-related matters, driving continuous improvement in HR processes and employee satisfaction across the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nManage day-to-day employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.\nExecute recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent aligned with manufacturing operational needs.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.\nCollaborate with management to develop and implement performance management programs, including evaluations, coaching, and development plans.\nParticipate and provide suggestions on employee engagement initiatives and support organizational change management efforts to enhance workforce morale and productivity.\nConduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and professional development topics to support employee growth and awareness.\nAnalyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.\nBilingual, English/Spanish.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable in the United States.\nProven experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProfessional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.\nExperience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.\nDemonstrated success in leading organizational development or change management
