This role is responsible for driving operational consistency across sites, optimizing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining data integrity, managing, supporting compliance efforts, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both employee experience and organizational effectiveness.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources operations or HR management.\nStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.\nProven experience managing HR teams and driving operational excellence.\nProficiency with HRIS systems and payroll administration.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProfessional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nDemonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives within HR operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution of HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee services.\nServe as the primary owner of HR operational processes, driving standardization and best practices across all facilities.\nEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of employee records, HR documentation cross all locations.\nAdminister HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.\nSupport talent acquisition activities, including recruitment processes, onboarding coordination, system access, and new hire integration.\nPartner with business leaders at multiple facilities to address employee relations matters, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery, reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and development to HR team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and consistent execution across locations.\nSupport organizational growth, acquisitions, facility expansions, and workforce changes by ensuring scalable and sustainable HR operational processes.\nSkills:\nThe Human Resources Operations Manager will utilize strong leadership and communication skills daily to guide and motivate the HR operations team, ensuring clear understanding of goals and expectations. Analytical skills are essential for interpreting HR metrics and identifying trends that inform strategic decisions and process improvements. Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems enables the manager to oversee accurate data management and streamline workflows effectively.
