This role supports safe and efficient operations by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated equipment.\nThe successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while supporting production goals.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment and facility systems.\nPerform preventive and predictive maintenance activities according to established schedules.\nRepair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.\nInstall, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.\nAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.\nIdentify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.\nWork closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.\nSupport Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nPerform facility maintenance activities as needed.\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nTechnical degree, apprenticeship, military training, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred.\nExperience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.\nKnowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize work assignments.\nPreferred\nIndustrial electrical troubleshooting experience.\nExperience working with PLC-controlled equipment.\nAbility to troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.\nExperience with automation, robotics, conveyors, or manufacturing equipment.\nWelding and fabrication experience.\nForklift and aerial lift operation experience.\nExperience Levels\nLevel II Consideration\n3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.\nAbility to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.\nExperience reading electrical schematics and performing equipment repairs with minimal supervision.\nLevel III Consideration\n5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.\nAdvanced troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.\nPLC troubleshooting experience preferred.\nExperience supporting equipment upgrades, process improvements, or automation projects.\nAbility to mentor and train less experienced maintenance team members.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in various positions throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more with assistance.\nAbility to work at heights, in confined spaces, and around manufacturing equipment as
