# TRM & BCM Engineer

Responsibilities Implement TRM controls covering least-privilege access, quarterly access reviews, patching and encryption. Strengthen cyber hygiene through endpoint hardening and DLP controls to prevent AI data leakage. Implement AI security controls under MAS AIRM Section 5, including tamper-proof logging of prompts, responses and tool calls, kill-switch mechanisms and prompt version control. Prepare BIA, map critical business services, conduct BCM/DR drills, produce drill reports and maintain call trees. Maintain control evidence for audits and regulatory reviews. Requirements Former bank IT Risk, Infrastructure or Cybersecurity professional; CISSP/CISA preferred. Hands-on experience conducting DR drills and preparing reports suitable for MAS regulatory review. Practical IAM configuration experience, not just policy writing. Experience in cyber controls, BCM planning and audit evidence preparation.
