The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring construction talent and will partner with hiring managers to meet business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership construction roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.\nRecruit construction professionals, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Engineers, Safety Managers, and Facilities Managers.\nSource active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, industry associations, and professional networks.\nPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.\nAlign hiring plans with the project pipeline, contract awards, and project start dates to fill roles before mobilization.\nConduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers informed by construction market compensation data.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.\nTrack recruiting metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.\nRequired Qualifications\n Eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements.
