This role focuses on advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting to drive informed decision-making at leadership levels.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze large, relational datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, shortages, degraders, and operational inefficiencies.\n\nTranslate complex data into actionable insights that support leadership and operational decision-making.\n\nWrite, maintain, and optimize production-ready SQL using Amazon Redshift and Oracle SQL Developer, leveraging advanced techniques such as CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and aggregations.\n\nTroubleshoot data discrepancies across multiple sources and implement validation checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.\n\nSupport and maintain ETL pipelines and automated data workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and validation.\n\nDevelop automated processes using scheduling and orchestration tools such as cron, AWS services, Airflow, or equivalent technologies.\n\nDevelop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate data pulls, file processing, pipeline validation, and other recurring processes.\n\nDevelop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to stakeholders.\n\nSupport daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements.
