This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates in support of business and mission needs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting expertise, sound market knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to a positive, equitable candidate experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruitment for technical and specialized roles, such as software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, IT, and technical leadership, from intake through onboarding handoff.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set interview plans, and align on hiring priorities.\n\nDevelop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks, and build pipelines for current and future needs, including hard-to-fill roles.\n\nAdvise stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, candidate expectations, and compensation.\n\nConduct recruiter screens to assess candidates’ technical background, experience, and alignment with role requirements.\n\nCoordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and keep candidates engaged through a consistent, job-related evaluation process.\n\nManage offers, including presentation, negotiation, and follow-up.\n\nMaintain accurate, confidential ATS records and track recruiting metrics to identify process improvements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEligibility Requirements: U.S. citizenship is requiredfor this position under applicable federal contract requirements.\n\nFive or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success hiring for technical or specialized roles in competitive talent markets.\n\nExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.\n\nStrong communication, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting for federal government contractors, public-sector technology programs, or mission-focused organizations.\n\nExperience recruiting for cleared, senior-level, or leadership technical positions.\n\nWorking knowledge of technical job families and talent markets, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, data engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, or DevOps.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities, with strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to fair
