outbound calls and creating opportunities rather than relying only on inbound leads\n Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills\n Ability to explain software in practical terms to busy small business owners\n Organized pipeline management and consistent follow-through\n Coachable, self-directed approach and comfort working toward a quota\n Experience selling SaaS, CRM, communications, or phone products (nice to have)\n Experience growing revenue within an existing customer base (nice to have)\n Familiarity with automotive repair shops or other service businesses
