We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to identify business and process gaps, diagnose root causes, and turn data and client needs into actionable recommendations and measurable improvements. You will work directly with client and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, assess current processes, define future-state solutions, and track improvements through implementation. With descriptive reporting increasingly supported by automation and AI, the role focuses on diagnosis, recommendation, stakeholder influence, and measurable business outcomes. You will also help identify opportunities where Stefanini's broader capabilities can solve additional client challenges and contribute to solution development, presales, and client conversations. This role is suited to someone with strong consulting and commercial awareness who also has the potential to grow into a Business Analytics Lead or Manager role, progressively taking responsibility for mentoring others, coordinating delivery, and developing the Business Analyst capability.
