Stefanutti Stocks Western Cape is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Delivery Coordinator with a tertiary qualification. Applicants should have appropriate experience, across a range of\nprojects, with a medium to large construction or design company.\nCandidates should be self-starting and highly motivated, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The best candidates will be detailed and organized team players with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations. We offer a market related remuneration package, incorporating the valuable benefits of a large company with excellent potential for individual growth.\nThis position is responsible for the implementation and management of BIM platforms throughout the region. Managing the BIM platform project folders for various projects. Responsible for creating BIM execution plans for various projects/ clients (if client specific). Standardisation of StefStocks BIM standards (title blocks, templates etc.) and Revit families. Responsible for coordination of the BIM model between various consultants and stakeholders. Managing and checking the quality of deliverables, specifically models and 2D drawings. Managingthe implementation of live 3D modelling acrossall projects from project commencement through to as built information handover to end user/client. Leading the company digital progression by means of researching and implementing of new digital tools. Upskilling staff on digital tools and provide training on digital tools.\n - Minimum Requirements:\nTertiary qualification in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering\nDiploma/Certificate in Revit or 3D digital design or equivalent qualification in digital discipline \nAt least 3-5 years’ experience in construction building or civil works field\nExperience in Navisworks / similar Coordination software and 3D Modelling (Revit) \nExperience in the utilisation of BIM360/ ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)\nKnowledge and Skills:\nUnderstanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP 3D Modelling \nKnowledge of basic construction processes and procedures \nKnowledge of Construction Standards related to Quality Management \nKnowledge and understanding of Coordinate systems in BIM \nExperience in creating and interpreting technical engineering drawings\nAbility to distribute and co-ordinate information as well as manage cloud-based construction management platform such as BIM 360, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or Procore.\nAdvanced Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook &PowerPoint) \nHighly computer literate in Revit, Navisworks/similar construction software.\nStrong communication abilities to be able to distribute and co-ordinate information via online BIM platforms \nAble to do 3D modelling of building, civil and MEP elements.
