As you progress, you'll take ownership of projects and build deeper expertise in the areas of marketing where you show the greatest strengths and interest.\nThe Details\nRole: Marketing Intern\nTeam: Marketing\nSalary: £28,000 per year (pro-rata)\nDuration: 6 months\nLocation: Hybrid, with 3 days working from our office based in Waterloo\nWhat you'll do\nNo two weeks are likely to look exactly the same, but your work will include:Supporting product and partnership launches, helping to turn new developments into campaigns and stories that resonate with our audience.\nGetting to know our markets and audiences, researching different industries, companies and personas to understand what matters to them and how we can speak to them.\nCreating and distributing content across multiple channels, adapting ideas for different platforms, formats, and audiences, and supporting both organic and paid campaigns.\nSupporting our PR activity, working alongside the Head of Marketing and an external PR agency to identify stories, develop angles, support launches, and build Stelia's market presence.\nMeasuring marketing performance, helping track how our content, campaigns, and channels perform and using those insights to inform what we do next.\nHelping deliver events and partner activity, from planning and logistics through to promotion, content, workshops, and post-event campaigns.\nKeeping on top of market trends, including industry conversations, emerging trends, and great marketing that we can learn from.\nWorking closely with teams across Stelia, such as Product, Sales, and Engineering, to understand complex ideas and help turn them into clear, compelling messaging, content and marketing materials.\nWho we're looking for\nWe don't expect you to arrive knowing how to do all of the above.
