You will work closely with colleagues across the business and with external suppliers to support the smooth running of AP activities.\nYour Mission\nProcess supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct VAT treatment and supporting documentation.\nManage manual and intercompany invoice postings and maintain accurate supplier master data.\nMonitor and resolve unmatched or unposted transactions, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nPrepare AP accruals and support month-end and year-end closing activities, including supplier account reconciliations and VAT reviews.\nPrepare and execute supplier payment runs, including intercompany payments and Ri.Ba. processes, ensuring timely settlements.\nSupport audit requests by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations.\nContribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the continuous enhancement of Accounts Payable processes.\nBuild effective relationships with suppliers and internal departments, responding to AP-related queries and supporting ad hoc Finance activities.\nYour Talent\n1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar Finance role.\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.\nFluent in Italian and English.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Stealth, or similar) is an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.\nSalary Range: € 30.000 - € 35.000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL).\nA noi di Stella McCartney piace essere audaci.
