In qualità di azienda operante nell'industria della moda di lusso con un forte profilo etico, siamo leader e innovatori nel settore.\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for an IT Infrastructure & AI Intern to join our IS&T team based in Novara.\nWorking closely with the Global Head of IT Infrastructure, the role will be focused on supporting the development and refinement of an internal AI model designed to integrate and access information from different company systems and data sources, including Business Intelligence, Stealth, Workday and Esker.\nThe role will support the testing and development of the model, helping improve how data can be retrieved, connected and analysed through AI.\nThis is a good opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in AI and data within an international business environment, while working directly on a real internal AI project.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the IS&T Infrastructure team across ongoing infrastructure projects and activities, with a primary focus on the development of a new internal AI solution.\nWork closely with the Global Head of IT Infrastructure on the development, testing and continuous improvement of the AI model.\nContribute to connecting the AI solution with different company systems and data sources, including Business Intelligence, Stealth, Workday and Esker.\nSupport data preparation, validation and analysis to help train, test and refine the model.\nTest the AI model across real business scenarios, helping identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and relevance of its outputs.\nContribute to exploring new AI capabilities and use cases, helping shape how the solution can be applied across different areas of the business.\nHelp document key developments, testing results and learnings throughout the project\nKey Requirements\nCurrently completing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.\nStrong interest in Artificial Intelligence, data and emerging technologies.\nBasic understanding of IT systems, data and digital technologies.\nAnalytical mindset with a logical and structured approach to problem solving.\nCurious and proactive, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.\nGood attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.\nGood level of written and spoken English.\nA noi di Stella McCartney piace essere audaci.
