Welcome to Stella Stays.\n\nAt Stella Stays you will:\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community lead to bring our building to life by creating memorable experiences for guests and tenants. As the first point of contact you will foster a welcoming atmosphere build a strong sense of community oversee the presentation and aesthetics of shared spaces and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience. If you enjoy connecting people delivering outstanding hospitality and creating spaces where communities thrive wed love to hear from you.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWelcome guests tenants and visitors with a warm and professional approach.\n\nYou will be the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and tenant support.\n\nCreate memorable experiences that enhance satisfaction and community spirit.\n\nOrganize community engagement activities networking events and wellness initiatives that encourage interaction among building users.\n\nMaintain the buildings aesthetics by ensuring all common areas are clean organized and visually appealing.\n\nConduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet high standards of quality and presentation.\n\nDaily walkthroughs of the property to ensure all spaces are guest-ready visually aligned with brand standards and maintained to a high aesthetic quality.\n\nDrive a strong sense of community by engaging with guests understanding their needs and proactively enhancing their overall experience.\n\nMonitor service quality across all touchpoints ensuring consistency in cleanliness presentation and hospitality standards\n\nPlan and execute community activities guest engagement initiatives and in-building experiences that foster connection and belonging.\n\nSupport coordination of incoming requests communications and basic administrative tasks related to building operations.\n\nChampion the overall atmosphere of the building ensuring it feels vibrant connected and thoughtfully curated at all times.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred).\n\n1-3 years of experience in community management customer experience property management preferably in the hospitality industry.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and stakeholders.\n\nProficient in using property management systems and other relevant software.\n\nAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.\n\nRequirementsFriendly approachable and naturally positive.\n\nPassionate about creating outstanding guest experiences.\n\nHighly attentive to detail especially regarding cleanliness and aesthetics.\n\nA relationship builder who enjoys bringing people together.\n\nProactive resourceful and solution-oriented.\n\nProfessional reliable and takes pride in maintaining high standards.\n\nComfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.\n\nNote: This job description outlines the general nature and key responsibilities of the role but is not exhaustive.
