In this position you will support matrixed, multidisciplinary teams in the development and production of satellite traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs) for commercial and DoD customers.\nResponsibilities\nOwnership of the sales and program management support for multiple programs and customers\nLeadership within business management and functional management to ensure that workload, staffing plans, work processes, and procedures are aligned\nLead programs through all phases, from proposal preparation and submission, contract negotiation, baseline, PDR, CDE, MRR, TRR, qualification, validation, production, and delivery\nOwnership of preparation and delivery of detailed program review packages to senior management and customers\nLead new business proposals, project projections, and analysis of requirements as needed\nBuild trusting and valued customer relationships\nQualifications\nYou will need at least 5-10 years of program management, marketing, sales, operations or engineering experience. Other qualifications that will enable you to perform successfully in this position include:\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management software (such as Microsoft Project). \nCRM and ERP skills are desired.\nExceptional communication skills, with the ability to succinctly address complex issues and action plans with program team members, peers, and senior management.\nAbility to work independently on multifaceted program issues.\nCapability and flexibility to handle multiple tasks in restricted time frames to support program and company goals.\nA Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is needed.\nProgram management certification or equivalent a plus.\nStellant Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
