We are seeking a Test Strategy and Plan Engineer working for L2-L3 test activities planning. \nTest Strategy and Planning is part of Core SW Virtual V&V that is out to realize a consistent Test Strategy for L2+/L3 features between the AD Organization and the internal testing capabilities interacting continuously with the different internal and external stakeholders. \nThe selected candidate will be immersed in a hands-on role, working with state-of-the-art technologies, in a field experiencing rapid year over year growth. This team and the selected candidates are responsible for developing the validation and verification plans, interacting with software developers, test engineers and test execution teams, as well as all the test stakeholders. The selected candidate will enable Highly Automated Driving functions verification and validation to be performed in a virtual environment. The main scope of the resources is to guarantee that the built strategy can be implemented and is followed by the teams: this must be reached by means of both planning and technical activities.\nProfil\nBasic Qualifications: \nBachelor of Science in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Applied Physics, Controls, Electronics, Aerospace or equivalent engineering degree \nMinimum of 2-year experience in the field of Test Engineering and/or project management \nBasic level knowledge of performing as a verification and validation engineer for Highly Automated Driving as: \n-verification and validation plans definition (procedures, timing and resources) \n-requirements analysis and deployment \n-test cases and test procedures development and optimization \n-validation environment setup and scope definition \n-testing results analysis and reporting (PPT, Excel) \nAbility to contribute to Agile Development Teams \nStrong interpersonal communication, team/leadership skills/experience \nBasic Knowledge of Agile Development Framework \nPreferred Qualifications: \nMaster of Science in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Applied Physics, Controls, Electronics, Aerospace or equivalent engineering degree from an ABET accredited university \nDemonstrated knowledge of ADAS/Autonomous Driving features and relative electronic architectures \nBasic knowledge of test platforms such as Software and Hardware in the Loop \nWorking level knowledge of tools for Program Management (e.g. MS Project or similar) \nWorking level knowledge of ALM tools (e.g. IBM Doors, Polarion, Codebeamer) \nProven ability to work in Agile working environments as well as Waterfall frameworks. \nExperience with defining system level functional analysis (preferable vehicle EE architectures \nFamiliarity with system level simulation techniques \nGood communication skills, proven ability to realize presentations and management reporting activities \nCritical Character Traits to Ensure Success: \nAbility to think outside-the-box in high pressure situations \nAbility to multitask working \nDetail oriented problem-solver\nNiveau d'expérience min. requis\n3 à 5 ans\nLangues\nAnglais (C1 -
