Reporting to the IT Manager, you will help ensure our information systems are reliable, secure and aligned with operational needs. \nThe role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). \nYour contribution : \nPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical solution designs, \nConfigure, maintain, and continuously improve business applications and system integrations.\nCoordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and solution validation activities with key users and external partners.\nLead and support IT-related projects, managing system changes from design through implementation while ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption.\nCollaborate closely with local business teams, central IT functions, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.\nEnsure the data integrity, the reliability and the security of IT systems and integrations.\nProvide second-line functional support, troubleshooting incidents, requests, and system issues within defined service levels.\nAdhere to all local and central processes and procedures.\nProfile\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT/ IS.\nAt least five years of hands-on experience with corporate environment, a prior experience in Leasing/ Financial Services is preferred. \nPractical experience with project management in an Agile environment, lifecycle of information systems, including testing and change. \nPractical experience with Technical Business Analysis & Functional Support of integrated information systems.\nUnderstanding of Sofico MILES Enterprise and/or and other relevant solutions,\nExperience with integration of IS, SQL queries, JasperReports, PowerBI Business Intelligence,\nBasic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. SQL, Python, PowerShell or low-code tools),\nFluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.
