We value honesty, creativity, and looking out for one another.\nThe Opportunity: We are currently expanding our Production team and are looking for highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinators at the Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior experience to join us on a premium streaming series for Marvel Animation.\nProduction Coordinators are the operational backbone of our pipeline. Working closely with the Production Manager, Supervisors, Artists, and external partners - Coordinators help ensure information flows clearly, schedules stay on track, and teams have the support they need to work effectively.\nThis role requires someone who is:\n- Calm under pressure\n- Highly communicative\n- Organized + detail oriented\n- Proactive about solving problems\n- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities\nSuccess in this role comes from balancing attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.\nProduction Tracking & Scheduling:\nProactively maintain and update departmental schedules, task tracking and production data with accuracy and consistency.\nTrack assignments, quotas, revisions, approvals and delivery milestones across departments\nIdentify scheduling risks, bottlenecks, or missing information early and escalate concerns appropriately.\nCoordinate outsourced work and help monitor external deliveries against production timelines.\nPrepare weekly status reports and updates for leadership.\nArtist Support & Communication:\nEnsure Artists and Supervisors have all the materials, references, and information they need to complete work efficiently.\nCommunicate priorities, deadlines, changes, and approvals to Artists clearly and empathetically.\nOrganize, archive, and distribute production materials effectively.\nMeeting & Review Management:\nPrepare review sessions, dailies, and production meetings from both a technical and logistical standpoint.\nConfidently operate the software (Flow Production Tracking/RV) to pull up Shots/Assets during reviews and approvals.\nAble to troubleshoot minor technical and/or playback issues during reviews when needed.\nRecord and publish clear, actionable notes from meetings that accurately reflect ownership, action items and priority.\nThe Requirements\nMust-Haves:\nExperience (Choose your level):Junior Level: You are organized, eager to learn, and excited to build your understanding of a CG production pipeline. A basic understanding of animation, CG or production workflows is helpful.You are:detailed-oriented + reliable\ncomfortable managing multiple priorities\nreceptive to feedback and direction\nInterested in growing within production\n\nMid-Level: You have experience working within a CG animation, VFX, or production-related pipeline and can independently coordinate departmental workflows.You are comfortable:running review/dailies independently\ntracking complex schedules and quotas\nanticipating scheduling conflicts/bottlenecks\ncommunicating directly with Supervisors and Artists\n\nManaging shifting priorities with minimal oversight\nidentifying workflow flaws and proposing solutions to iron out the wrinkles\n\nSenior Level: You are highly experienced in production coordination and can confidently support complex departments and large-scale workflows.You are comfortable:managing high-volume or technically demanding departments\ncoordinating outsourced/vendor workflows\nproactively identifying production risks and escalation points\nhelping maintain operational consistency across departments\nmentoring Junior Coordinators or Production Assistants\nsupporting production leadership in driving department priorities\nimplementing and improving departmental workflows for better efficiency\n\nIndustry Knowledge: A solid understanding of production and CG animation processes.\nCommunication:Superb written and verbal communication skills, paired with a positive attitude and a willingness to see problems as challenges.\nSoftware: Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office suites (Excel/Word), Flow Production Tracking (formerly ShotGrid)\nEligibility:Legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada.\nNice-to-Haves:\n2D animation pipeline experience is a great asset.\nExperience in episodic CG animation pipelines\nWhy Join Stellar?\nFlexible Environment:We offer a flexible hybrid schedule that will vary with project and team requirements. \nComprehensive Benefits:Extended health benefits.\nGrowth:Professional development support to help you stay ahead of tech and creative trends.\nCulture:A collaborative, ego-free environment where technical expertise fuels creative magic.\nC ompetitive salary range: $50,000 -
