against agreed KPIs.\n\nLead and develop a multidisciplinary management team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nDrive B2B growth, clienteling, CRM, events and new commercial opportunities across the venue.\n\nOversee day-to-day Retail and Support operations, ensuring high standards across customer device repairs, technical retail, hospitality, experiential, technology or another customer-focused environment.\n\nExperience managing complex, multi-functional customer-facing operations.\n\nStrong commercial acumen and experience delivering challenging KPIs.\n\nExcellent people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capability.\n\nDemonstrable experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement.\n\nHighly organised, resilient, solutions focused and commercially minded.\n\nPassion for technology, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences.\n\nDesirable\nExperience in one or more of the following would be beneficial:\nB2B sales or business development.\n\nCustomer support, technical
