Working across our Asset Management, Accounting, and Property Management teams, this role administers Yardi Voyager, improves data workflows, and builds automation that streamlines reporting and operations across a large-scale New York City portfolio. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with real ownership of the systems that run the firm and a clear path to grow into broader systems and data responsibilities. We welcome candidates who already know Yardi and want to deepen their technical and real estate expertise, and we encourage more experienced applicants to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\n General Duties/Responsibilities\nAdminister and support Yardi Voyager and related modules across Asset Management, Accounting, and Property Management, including configuration, permissions, and workflow setup.\nBuild and maintain reports and dashboards (Yardi SSRS / YSR, Power BI, MS Excel) that give leadership clear visibility into financial and operational performance.\nGather requirements from operating teams and translate them into system configurations, process improvements, and documentation.\nSupport system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and data migrations, including testing, validation, and post go-live review.\nDevelop automation and tooling (scripts, data pipelines, integrations) that reduce manual work in reporting and operations.\nMaintain data integrity across systems by partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Property Management on reconciliations and controls.\nTriage and resolve system issues, and serve as the primary liaison between operating teams and Yardi support or third-party vendors.\n\nGrowth & Opportunity\nDirect ownership of the systems that run a large, institutional real estate portfolio\nClose exposure to Asset Management, Accounting, and Property Management leadership\nRoom to build automation and analytics that measurably improve firm operations\nA clear path to grow into broader systems and data leadership\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n Required Skills/Abilities\nOne or more years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager in a real estate, property management, or accounting environment (required); candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply\nDemonstrated experience using Yardi day to day, with exposure to configuration, reports, or end-user support\nStrong data and analytical skills: SQL, Power BI or comparable BI tools, and advanced Excel\nExperience gathering business requirements, running UAT, and documenting processes\nAbility to bridge business and technical teams and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders\nExperience with property management or ERP systems beyond Yardi (MRI, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata, SiteCompli) a plus\nProgramming and automation skills (Python, VBA, Power Automate) a plus\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent required\n1 or more years' of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience required;
