In this role you will support B2B and handle technical transactions over phone and email using your expertise on Industrial Sales, CAD Design, Power and Automation Control.\nYou will develop new clients and nurture current client relationships by your professional, timely, proactive and resourceful nature. Time management skills are key, producing standard product quotes upon reception while working on larger project quotes over time. You will be a self starter team player, driven by your desire for success and excitement of the industry.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nCustomer communications in many formats including phones, emails, meetings and site visits\nPrepare quotes from drawings and specifications to produce material take-offs and labour estimates.\nProduce quotes based on our growing line of standardized products and configurable solutions\nWork with our technical staff to develop solutions and prepare quotes for customers who do not supply us with drawings or BOM, only a concept.\nMaintain regular contact with Customers to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.\nHelp foster and grow business relationships to identify new business opportunities - including new markets, new products, new customers, products and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets that enable the Company to position itself in appropriate markets.\nEncourage and help grow the relationship with Guillevin branches at all levels and locations\nHelp coordinate price packages with suppliers when corporate agreements are not already in place\nEncourage and grow our supplier relationships with friendly collaboration\nParticipate in tender reviews and hand-offs with Project Managers.\nAttend weekly sales meetings intended to help standardization, communications and internal training\nWork with other departments to assure customers have proper terms and accounts \nWork closely with Guillevin, IAG, Dracon, Schneider and other members of our success team\nHelp arrange in house training and sales sessions for customers.\n REQUIREMENTS\n4+ years past industry sales experience (or 2+ industry experience and 2+ in industry sales)\nThe ability to read and understand technical drawings and general specifications.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nModerate understanding of electrical theory and related codes (High level is an asset)\nGeneral computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)\nDemonstrated ability to be proactive and professional\nExcellent follow-through and attention to detail\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively\nExcellent oral and written communication and customer relations skills\n.\nWhat’s in it for you\nWe are a major player involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
