This role demands a strong understanding of industrial plumbing, HVAC and utility systems, construction processes, excellent leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nBuyout of subcontracts to include creating project specific scopes of work\n\nBuyout of materials and equipment for plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping systems\n\nCoordination of project submittals\n\nPreparing and updating the project schedule.
