You will work across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, supporting spacecraft mission design and integration, test campaign execution, hardware/software troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution to help ensure overall mission success.\nRole/Responsibilities/Qualifications\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport spacecraft mission design and system integration activities \nDevelop and execute test campaigns across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle \nAnalyze and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues \nInvestigate test findings and anomalies to ensure mission integrity \nCollaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance system performance \nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline \nTypically 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering or related fields\nExperience with test campaign definition and execution \nExperience with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Spacecraft Design & Mission Development \nExperience with Python coding (intermediate or advanced proficiency) \nFamiliarity with Agile software development lifecycle \nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment \nCompensation and Benefits: The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $110,000 - $155,000 per year plus a significant, company-funded profit-sharing retirement savings plan. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.\nIn addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive total rewards package that includes an annual performance bonus, an employer-funded Profit-Sharing Plan (PSP) contribution based on base compensation, and comprehensive employer-paid medical benefits, PTO pay-out options, along with additional company-sponsored benefits. All of these benefits represent an additional 30-40% to your base compensation for a total compensation package.\nDeliverable(s)\nWork at the center of spacecraft mission integration, solving complex technical challenges across design, integration, and test.
