As our business and product portfolio continue to grow, we are strengthening our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Senior Recruiter to own complex, business-critical hiring across the company.\nThis is a full-cycle role with a strong focus on direct search, hiring manager partnership, and measurable outcomes. You will lead 4-6 roles at a time - including Senior, Lead, and Head-level positions - and help us build the systems that make every next hire more focused, predictable, and effective.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn 4-6 vacancies end to end, with a focus on senior, leadership, and business-critical roles.\n\nPartner with hiring managers from the kick-off stage: clarify the business need, shape a realistic candidate profile, define the scorecard, and align on the hiring process.\n\nBuild a sourcing strategy for each role, including talent-market mapping, donor-company research, Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and personalized outreach sequences.\n\nProactively engage passive candidates instead of relying mainly on inbound applications.\n\nConduct structured interviews, assess candidates against agreed criteria, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.\n\nPrepare and calibrate hiring managers and interviewers to ensure consistent, high-quality assessment across all stages.\n\nOwn the recruitment funnel and use data to identify bottlenecks, improve stage conversions, and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and risks.\n\nManage the offer process and candidate communication through to the person’s first working day.\n\nBring market intelligence to the business: talent availability, compensation expectations, competitor insights, and realistic hiring timelines.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including at least 4 years in a product IT company.\n\nExperience hiring for Growth Marketing, Product, Analytics, or Engineering roles.\n\nExperience in B2C subscription products, mobile apps, EdTech, or another high-growth digital environment.\n\nA proven track record of closing Senior, Lead, or Head-level roles, with the ability to explain your approach, funnel metrics, timelines, and results.\n\nStrong hands-on sourcing expertise and confidence working with passive talent across multiple channels.\n\nExperience partnering with hiring managers, challenging unclear or unrealistic requirements, and translating business needs into an actionable search strategy.\n\nA structured, data-informed approach to recruitment: you understand funnel metrics, conversion rates, and how to use them to improve outcomes.\n\nExperience with competency-based assessment, scorecards, and structured interviews.\n\nStrong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.\n\nPractical use of AI tools in day-to-day recruiting - for research, sourcing, communication, analysis, or workflow automation.\n\nFluency in Ukrainian with English at B2 level or above.\n\nWhy You'll Love Working With Us\nImpactful Work: Your ideas and contributions will directly shape the future of our company and the way people learn.\n\nInnovative Environment: We’re passionate about challenging the status quo, experimenting with new ideas, and pushing the boundaries of EdTech.\n\nAI-Driven Innovation: We don’t just talk about AI - we turn it into real-world solutions.
