likely to extend\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Background in live events, entertainment, hospitality, or seasonal business models\n\n- Experience with pricing analytics, A/B testing, or marketing effectiveness analysis\n\n- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline concepts\n\n- Experience working with multiple POS systems or disparate data sources that require reconciliation\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Analyze consumer behavior across festival properties: customer segmentation, purchasing patterns, pricing elasticity, and product assortment effectiveness\n\n- Answer strategic questions around Price (what should we charge and why) and Product (what should we sell and why)\n\n- Work with transactional data (tickets, food, beverages, merchandise) across orders, carts, items, assortments, SKUs, and pricing\n\n- Navigate the unique \"once a year\" purchasing cycle of festival data vs. traditional ecommerce recency/frequency models\n\n- Support each festival's P&L leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations\n\n- Build and maintain analytical workflows using SQL and Python for repeatable analysis\n\n- Represent findings clearly through charts, slides, or dashboards to support business decision-making\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Strong experience in data analysis with a focus on consumer behavior, customer segmentation, or pricing strategy\n\n- Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets (CTEs, window functions, joins across multiple data sources)\n\n- Experience with BI/dashboarding tools (Domo, Tableau, or similar)\n\n- Working knowledge of Python for analytical scripting (pandas, data wrangling, statistical analysis)\n\n- Experience with transactional/ecommerce data (orders, items, pricing, SKUs) or similar monetarily-driven datasets\n\n- Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and business stakeholders\n\n- Comfort working with ambiguity: messy data, multiple systems, incomplete information\n\n- Can clearly communicate ideas both technical and business teams\n\nTechnical Notes : \n\n- Strong Business Analysis\n\n- Strong Analytical thinking\n\n- Experience working with data (SQL, dashboards, etc.)\n\nAbility to : \n\n- Translate business problems -
