feedback as needed.\nAdapt advertising creatives for different platforms and target audiences.\nAnalyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and propose enhancements based on findings.\nConduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.\nResearch and implement new tools and approaches to optimize the creative process and drive results.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in positions such as Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or Performance marketing.\nProven experience working with B2C mobile applications.\nProficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.\nStrong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results.\nExperience analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns.\nResearch skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers.\nCopywriting skills and experience working with international markets are advantageous.\nNice to have:\nExperience in video and UGC content creation.\nFamiliarity
