The DevOps Engineer, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Platform as your direct manager. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.\n Your Work\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign reusable Azure platform components, cloud automation frameworks, self-service capabilities and CI/CD solutions that improve scalability, reliability, and deployment efficiency.\n\nDevelop reusable Terraform, Bicep, GitOps, and platform engineering accelerators consumed across multiple teams, configuration management, and environment automation for complex applications or platforms.\n\nResolve complex production, deployment, and performance issues; drive root cause analysis and preventive improvements.\n\nDesign enterprise observability frameworks, SLO tracking, and operational excellence tooling, alerting, disaster recovery readiness, and operational practices to improve system resiliency and reduce downtime.\n\nImplement Security-as-Code, Compliance-as-Code, and Policy-as-Code frameworks into infrastructure and pipeline design to support secure, governed delivery.\n\nLead platform adoption and developer experience improvements for less experienced engineers and promote DevOps best practices across engineering, QA, SRE, and platform teams.\n\n Your Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree\n\n5 years of prior relevant experience\n\nStrong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD architecture, automation, and release engineering practices.\n\nExperience implementing infrastructure -
