backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.\n\n- Build and enhance scalable microservices-based architectures.\n\n- Develop event-driven and asynchronous systems using Kafka.\n\n- Work closely with cloud-native deployments and AWS services.\n\n- Design robust APIs and backend integrations for enterprise-grade applications.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Participate in system design discussions, technical planning, and solution reviews.\n\n- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\n\n- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and deployment automation.\n\n- Take ownership of technical delivery while remaining deeply hands-on.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 6 - 8 years of strong backend development experience using Java.\n\n- Excellent experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.\n\n- Good experience working with AWS cloud services.\n\n- Strong understanding of containerisation using Docker.\n\n- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and deployment.\n\n- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and scalable application design.\n\n- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.\n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\n\n- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently in fast-paced enterprise environments.\n\nPreferred Experience : \n\n- Exposure (not mandatory) to large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.\n\n- Experience with event-driven architecture patterns.\n\n- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n\nPersonality & Growth
