Sous la responsabilité de la responsable, vous assurerez les missions suivantes :\nOuverture de missions d'expertise via outil informatique sur logiciel dédié,\nQualification des missions selon des cahiers des charges et conventions d'assurances,\nContact client par téléphone en appel entrant et sortant pour prise de contact et positionnement de RDV,\nGestion et optimisation de plannings Expert,\nRédaction de communications sortantes, Courriers, Mails et SMS.\nPROFIL :\nVous désirez intégrer une équipe dynamique dans une activité d'expertise en relation avec l'assurance. Vous pouvez apporter au quotidien par votre dynamisme, enthousiasme, et professionnalisme. Votre parcours scolaire vous a amené au diplôme de BAC à BAC +2 (BTS, Assurance, NRC, MUC, GESTION PME PMI,...).\nQualités attendues :\n- Culture client - - -\n- Capacité d'adaptation à différentes situations\n-Aptitude à la recherche de solutions aux situations rencontrées\n-Rigueur organisationnelle et priorisation attendue\n-Capacité à convaincre.\nLa maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) et une bonne orthographe sont indispensables.\nVotre profil correspond ?
