This is a hands-on, build-and-lead role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, partners closely with engineering, development,and operations, and enjoys turning complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions that power the future of manufacturing.The ideal candidate has robust experience scoping requirementsfor ERP, manufacturing execution applications, enterprise applications, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience using an established PMO methodology in a digital and manufacturing context.\nWhat you’ll do\nInitiate, Plan, Monitor/Control and Close assigned projects ranging from a few months to multi-phased, multi-year implementations, across the Stelumarenterprise.\nTrack and manage changes to the project scopeandproject schedule, using appropriate verification techniques and tools.\nCommunicate project objectives and status to all team members and project stakeholders.\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks.\nTroubleshoot problems and technical issues that come up during projects, maintain accurate defect-and issue-tracking logs.\nEffectively manage integrators, holding them accountable for the deliverables they are contracted to produce.\nReportand escalate to management as needed.\nProvide both business and technical teams with feedback, encouragement and advice.\nGuide and assist project team members in identifying and estimating their tasks.\nProduce and maintain a variety of project management documentation including:Project Management Plans\nProject Schedules\nCommunication Plans\nCost/Benefit Analysis\nIssue list\nQuality Reviews\nStatus Reports\nLessons Learned Reports\nChange management documentation\n\nEnsure that all required documentation is created with quality, signed off appropriately and stored correctly.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience.\nActive PMP/PMI certification.\n7+ years as an IT project manager leading large-scale projects in a medium-large companythrough the entire delivery lifecycle, some of which should have been spent in an internal IT department context.\nPrior experience working in one or many of the following roles: BA, SA, Dev, QA\nHands-on SDLC experience.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills (documentation, presentation, meeting facilitation).\nStrong Vendor management skills and experience.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to create and maintain strong working relationships across the enterprise.\nExperience managing Project Budget/Project Approval Requests.\nStrong technical literacy and systems experience.\nWillingness to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities.\nPragmatic outlook with the ability to right-size effort.\nStrong project management and change management skillsets.\nBonus Points\nExperience in one of Finance, Sales/Marketing, Homebuilding,Advanced Manufacturingor JDE/Odoo, Manufacturingexecution, Logistics and distribution\nExperience with integrating AI solutions and deploying automated solutions\nExperience working with ADOOne PPM tool or similar\nCompensation\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills.
