You will drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that manage vast volumes of energy data and deliver intuitive user experiences. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor and influence engineering teams as we accelerate the clean energy transition.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Pipeline Architecture - The role will be responsible for overseeing and alignment of the current and future design, and architecture of data processing. Experience in distributed event streaming platforms is preferred.\nAct as technical liaison between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions support strategic objectives\nDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack features across web applications, from user interface to backend services and database integrations.\nEnsure proper security best practices are followed for all aspects of development and deployment of production systems/services.\nParticipate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.\nStay current with emerging technologies and propose new tools that improve development efficiency and quality.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, and monitoring solutions for deployed applications.\nRequired Qualifications:\nB.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.\n8+ years in full stack development with a track record of delivering complex applications\nTechnical Skills:\nJavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript\nReact (preferred), Angular, Vue.js, Node.js\nRedis\nC# (preferred), fluency in other languages is a plus\nRESTful APIs, GraphQL (a plus)\nSQL/NoSQL databases\nAWS platform, Kubernetes\nGit, CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)\nTesting frameworks and TDD\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTime-series databases and IoT data processing.\nData analytics and machine learning concepts.\nReal-time data streaming and processing.\nResponsive design principles and/or mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android).\nCharting libraries and data visualization frameworks (D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly).\nKnowledge of energy industry standards and protocols.\nBackground in building applications for regulated industries.\nContributions to open-source projects or active technical community involvement.\nEngagement Model: This is a remote B2B contract position based in Poland or Romania.
