A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year\n\nrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMust have a strong mechanical, electrical, and background in orchard equipment such as:\nPickups - Small engines\n\nTruck Repair\n\nTractors Sprayers\n\nWind Machines\n\n4-Wheelers\n\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\n\nAbility to write routine reports and correspondence.\n\nAbility to speak effectively before groups of costumers or employees of the organization.\n\nMust be bilingual (English and Spanish).\n\nMathematical Skills:\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\n\nAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\n\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\n\nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\n\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\nValid Driver’s License\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
