We're looking for someone who wants to own those systems and make them better.\nThe role\nYou'll join a small, hands-on IT team working alongside our Boston-based colleagues. Salesforce is your home base, but you'll also work across our ERP, eCommerce, and integration stack, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance. Some days you'll solve an urgent issue; others, you'll design an enhancement from scratch. Either way, you'll own it from first request to final delivery.\nWhat you'll do\nServe as a primary Salesforce administrator: users, security, permissions, data quality, reports, and dashboards\n\nBuild and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, and automation\n\nOwn tickets from intake to closure, digging past the initial ask to find the real business need or root cause\n\nHelp review and prioritize incoming requests across the IT team\n\nSupport integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, marketing platforms, and eCommerce\n\nLead enhancements from requirements through testing, deployment, documentation, and adoption\n\nKeep stakeholders informed on scope, timing, progress, and risks\n\nSpot recurring problems and fix them at the source\n\nCreate documentation, SOPs, and user guides that strengthen the whole team\n\nWhat you bring\n2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting a B2B sales organization\n\nProven experience designing and building Salesforce Flows independently, beyond simple record updates\n\nStrong skills in user management, security, reporting, objects, and validation rules\n\nExperience working in a ticketing or structured request environment\n\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications, data, and integrations\n\nBusiness analysis instincts: you ask good questions and turn needs into practical solutions\n\nExcellent written and spoken English, with confident, proactive communication\n\nStrong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment\n\nPreferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator credential\nNice to have: Additional Salesforce certifications; experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or integration platforms\nWhat we offer\nPay: US$10-14 per hour, paid weekly\n\nTime off: All US holidays off, plus 12 days of paid time off each year\n\nFully remote: Work from home with a US-based team\n\nWhy you'll love it here\nReal ownership.
