The billing team is in active growth mode, meaning new challenges create new opportunities - and the Billing Manager is personally invested in helping you grow through them. You'll work across invoicing, client communication, and cross-functional coordination from the start, building a well-rounded operational skillset. Autonomy comes early here: you'll make real judgment calls, own client relationships, and fix process gaps without getting queued behind approvals. And you'll do it alongside a team that communicates, covers for each other, and will have you fully up to speed before you even know it.
