For your first several months, you will embed with a single business unit and support it end to end — running the day-to-day, improving processes, and answering key strategic questions. After this initial period, you help shape what comes next: go deep in a core operational area such as Provider Operations or Production, stay with the business unit as it scales, or flex across Steno on whatever is most urgent. We are especially interested in candidates who have worked in management consulting and at either a two-sided marketplace, or in legal technology.\n\nYou have advanced proficiency in SQL, data manipulation and visualization. You are highly adept at using Excel and business intelligence tools like Omni.\n\nYou have proven project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders\n\nYou switch context without losing the thread. You can drive several unrelated workstreams at once and still catch the detail that matters in each one\n\nYou have high emotional intelligence and read a room well.
