You will become a subject-matter expert and experiment with solutions that can support profitable, 10x growth in active students. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Learning, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other Operations teams. You will be responsible for building a key pillar of Stepful’s growth story.\nThis role reports to our SVP, Growth.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProgram Performance & Execution Support\nSupport program performance by driving execution against agreed-upon goals related to profitability, margin, and unit economics\n\nPartner with functional leaders to build and maintain program-level scorecards, including financial and qualitative metrics\n\nExecute against a program roadmap defined with the SVP of Growth, while surfacing insights, risks, and opportunities to inform prioritization and decision-making\n\nIdentify gaps in performance and works with cross-functional partners to drive improvements\n\nContribute to the development of business cases for program initiatives, investments, or optimizations\n\nCross-Functional Coordination & Alignment\nFacilitate coordination across Sales, CS, Learning, and Ops to ensure teams are aligned on program priorities\n\nSupport integrated planning processes across functions to drive cohesive execution\n\nIdentify and escalates risks, misalignment, or tradeoffs impacting program outcomes\n\nHelp drive accountability across teams for delivering against shared goals\n\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nSupport coordination with instructors, SMEs, and other stakeholders for key initiatives and B2B opportunities\n\nPrepare program performance updates, risks, and insights for senior leadership reviews\n\nPartner with leadership on external stakeholder interactions (e.g., accreditors, regulators, trade associations)\n\nContribute program insights to resource allocation and prioritization discussions\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nYou have 7+ years of experience, including in an operational role at a high-growth startup\n\nYou are passionate about helping students change their lives through access to education\n\nYou thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment\n\nYou are highly analytical, taking a structured approach to breaking down complex problems\n\nYou have excellent communication skills that reflect in clear and concise writing and presenting\n\nYou are an expert collaborator who is able to lead through influence and coordinate diverse stakeholders at various levels\n\nYou are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully and maintain a high bar for execution\n\nYou learn quickly through experimentation\n\nBonus points if:\nYou’ve worked in EdTech or HealthTech\n\nInterview Process:\nIntroductory call with Talent Acquisition team member\n\nInterview with Hiring Manager\n\nTake-Home Assignment\n\nVirtual Panel Interview\n\nOn-Site Panel Interview\n\nBenefits and Compensation:\nMeaningful Equity Stake\n\nSubsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options\n\n401(k)\n\nFSA, HSA and commuter benefits\n\nLearning stipend\n\nOpen vacation policy, including:\nGuidance of 15 days PTO annually\n\nStepful closed the last week of December\n\n15 work-from-anywhere days\n\n10 public holidays observed for 2026\n\nThe target base salary range for this opportunity is $165,000 - $190,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.\nPlease note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary.
