一、岗位职责 1、负责 AI Agent 的核心能力与产品体验，围绕真实用户需求，规划产品方向、使用场景与迭代路径。 2、负责 Agent 任务规划、自主执行与持续服务能力的产品设计，提升复杂任务的完成质量和可靠性。 3、探索上下文、记忆与主动交互机制，让 Agent 能够理解用户偏好、承接历史任务，并在合适的时机提供帮助。 4、规划工具接入与能力扩展，设计清晰、自然、可控的人机协作体验，平衡自主性、效率与用户信任。 5、协同算法、研发与设计团队推动产品落地，建立场景评测与效果反馈机制，持续提升用户价值和使用体验。 二、任职要求 1、有独立负责产品并推动落地的经验，具备需求洞察、产品设计、优先级判断和跨团队协作能力。 2、深入使用并实践过 AI 产品，理解大模型与 Agent 的基本机制，对任务编排、工具调用、上下文与记忆等能力有自己的判断。 3、具备良好的系统思维，能够将复杂问题拆解为清晰的产品机制，兼顾完整流程、异常情况与长期使用体验。 4、对用户体验敏感，能够将复杂技术能力转化为易理解、易使用的产品。 5、具备较强的动手与验证能力，能够通过原型、真实案例、用户反馈和数据推动产品迭代。 加分项 有 AI Agent、个人助理、效率工具或自动化产品经验。 有独立 AI 项目或可展示的产品实践，能清晰说明产品判断、验证过程与实际效果。
