有自研+委外混合模式企业经验者优先。\n精通以下至少两个领域：计划（MRP/APS）、采购（含委外）、生产制造、库存管理，具备供应链全局视角，理解各模块间的业务衔接与数据流转。\n熟悉主流ERP供应链核心模块，有SRM、MES、WMS中至少一个系统的产品设计或集成经验。\n具备较强的业务抽象与产品架构能力，能区分业务规则与产品逻辑，设计可配置化方案而非硬编码流程。\n有ERP实施顾问转产品、或经历过自研/委外模式切换项目者优先。\n软性素质\n沟通协调能力强：能顺畅对接计划、采购、生产、财务等多部门，听得懂业务语言，也讲得清产品逻辑;
