.竞品与用户洞察:持续跟踪手机厂商AI、AI助手和智能体产品的动态，输出竞争策略建议，而不是只列竞品。上\n市后收集用户反馈和使用数据，反哺产品迭代。\n任职要求\n1.5-8年产品营销、AI或互联网产品的产品经理/项目经理、手机OS产品线规划/系统工程(SE)相关经验，至少完整参与过1个软件版本或AI功能的“定义一上市一迭代”周期，并承担过卖点提炼或用户沟通。\n2.懂软件迭代:熟悉手机OS、系统应用、AI助手或C端App的版本节奏，理解灰度、机型覆盖、能力边界对传播\n的约束交付。\n3.能翻译技术:能和研发、算法同频对话，理解大模型和Agent的基本原理和边界，判断哪些宣称能被验证、能被\n4.叙事和写作扎实:能独立写出结构清楚、有“人感\"的卖点文档、发布会讲稿和产品页文案，不写空洞套话。\n5.跨团队推动:在不确定的环境里能自己定义问题、拉齐目标，推动产品、研发、设计、生态、法务协同落地。\n6.自己是AI产品的深度用户，日常用AI工具或智能体提升工作效率.\n加分项\n有手机OS、系统级AI助手或端侧AI功能的营销或产品经验;\n有开发者生态、创作者生态或Builder社区相关经验;\n有终端产品线SE、特性SE或产品经理经历，并且做过卖点定义和上市支持;\n有自己搭建的Agent、自动化工作流或Al小工具，面试时可以演示;有手机、穿戴、耳机等多设备协同产品的营销经验。","description_format":"text","description_chars":991,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Chinese","level":"Advanced
