The Branch Operations Supervisor is responsible for being an escalation point to the team in terms of ensuring that all customer requirements are met, while liaising with suppliers, customers, employees, and the sales force to best meet client needs.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsibilities include the following but are not limited to:\nManagement Responsibilities:\nPoint of contact for branch sales support team, assist with questions and escalate issues.\nDevelop backup plan for branch, provide backup support as needed\nOversee orders from inception to payment, in alignment with Stephen Gould policy and procedures\nEscalate any personnel concerns/issues to Regional Office Manager\nAssist with onboarding of any office staff\nSupport implementation of any new corporate or divisional processes or initiatives\nEpicor training lead/liaison for branch\nManage all office bills\nAllocate warehouse/facility billings\nReport hours for hourly employees to payroll\nAssist with standard and ad hoc reporting for management\nHold regular meetings with the Account Coordinator team to ensure productive performance.\nWill be responsible for team building budgets.\nSupport Sales Agents' business; performs all standard AC responsibilities\nCANDIDATE PROFILE\nBasic Qualifications:\nAssociate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience required.\nBachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred\nHigh Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools - such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom highly preferred \nBilingual English/Spanish highly preferred\nERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes of an organization highly preferred.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work a hybrid working model.\nProviding operational oversight and understanding orders that need to be investigated or reconciled.\nMust be a strong partner to the Operations Manager who oversees manufacturing and engineering.\nBe able to act as the right hand to the Sales Manager ensuring business is process correctly and if there are issues that need to be escalated that the sales manager made aware.\nAdditional Qualifications\nExcellent communication skills, effectively presents information and frames content\nExperience working within an AS9100-certified manufacturing environment is a plus\nStrong math and verbal skills\nOrganized, self-motivated and takes initiative\nInterpersonal communication strengths to perform in a collaborative team environment \nSome accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred\nTHIS POSITION DESCRIPTION IN NO WAY STATES OR IMPLIES THAT THESE ARE THE ONLY DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYEE(S) INCUMBENT IN THIS POSITION.
