This position encompasses the administration of receiving purchase orders, ensuring receipts are processed accurately and timely, working with schedules to ensure supplies needed to fulfill orders are on hand and if not, working with the Buyer to ensure supplies are ordered and tracked.\nThis role works directly with 3PL warehouses, client management specialists, buyers, schedulers, and sales teams within the Sales Department, and closely coordinating with various departments within the corporate office. You will report to the branch Office Manager.\nIf you like supporting an innovative business and product solutions including, but not limited to processing and entering specs into our ERP and feel a sense of responsibility for providing support through the processing of daily transactions that support logistics of supplies critical to support the sales of Stephen Gould offerings, this job is for you! Communication, detail orientation, multitask oriented, accountability, self-motivation, and time management are key to success.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReceive material into Epicor against POs\n Ensure materials are received into the correct location (specific warehouse and/or supplier/subcontractor)\nMonitor AP Invoice Exceptions dashboard for invoices without receipts.\nAllocate and release materials for customer shipments.\nCreate pack slips & attach necessary documents to when needed to ensure timely invoicing to the customer.\nMonitor Release Schedule dashboard to manage incoming POs and outgoing SOs\nMonitor and ensure information from 3PLs and/or suppliers is provided accurately and timely. \nResolve discrepancies with accounting regarding packing slips, and receiver reports.\nMonitor the flow of paperwork from shipping or receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.\nCommunicate with all departments to accomplish the shipping and receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner.\nRole Requirements \n3+ years of related production planning/forecasting experience within a manufacturing environment\nBachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics or other related field or experience\nERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes of an organization required\nHigh Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools - such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom highly preferred.\nExperience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred\nAbility to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems\nAttention to detail and service oriented\nAbility to manage multiple tasks at a time to meet delivery deadlines\nStrong communication skills with both front office staff and warehouse staff\nSolid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures\nMust work well independently and be self-motivated\nTHIS POSITION DESCRIPTION IN NO WAY STATES OR IMPLIES THAT THESE ARE THE ONLY DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYEE(S) INCUMBENT IN THIS POSITION.
