Stephen Gould looks for highly motivated, energetic, and friendly individual who understands the keys to success in this position are communication and organization. Our Bentonville, AR office is a fast paced, and deadline driven environment, high accountability and team-oriented goal effort is a must.\nYou will learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry and need a thorough understanding of multiple manufacturing processes.\nYou will be responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team. \nYou will interact daily with both clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers building these relationships for long term business. \nYou will identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures.\nYou will have an opportunity to drive best practice though feedback to partners and clients and receive feedback as well. \nYou will have oversight on daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager and Clients and independence, organization, detail orientation and motivation are paramount. \nRole Requirements\nBachelor’s degree highly preferred + 3 years of experience.\nAssociates degree + 4 years of experience\nPMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred\nExperience working in a sales and service, corporate or PMO. \n10% travel is required\nHighly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management. \nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Experience Adobe Acrobat, PM Software (Planner, Trello, SmartSheet, Monday.com) highly preferred!\nTHIS POSITION DESCRIPTION IN NO WAY SATES OR IMPLIES THAT THESE ARE THE ONLY DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYEE(S) INCUMBENT IN THIS POSITION.
