You will play a pivotal role in maintaining brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of innovative ad design to drive performance.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCollaborate closely with the marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.\nDevelop innovative and engaging visual concepts for digital and print advertisements, including social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, banners, and more.\nCreate ad designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity.\nOptimize designs for various platforms and ad formats, considering mobile and desktop users to maximize ad performance.\nConduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate fresh and effective design elements in our ads.\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall impact of our advertising efforts.\nWork with the marketing team to A/B test ad designs and use data insights to iterate and improve campaign performance.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.\nPhoto Processing: Model Photos - Edit & enhance raw photos according to the client's standards.\nCreatives translation (DE/MX/UK/JA) - Translate promotional creatives while maintaining balance and harmony in the designs.\nPerform ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nA Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is a plus - but what truly matters is what you can build.
